From Rockville to the Cheat River it tumbles over many sandstone ledges and boulder piles at a gradient of 86 feet per mile. This is a very technical river that features two waterfalls. 18 foot "Wonder Falls" can be run ( if you tip your guide ). We portage"Big Splat" (25 foot in two drops).
