Summer Upper Yough trips meet at 11:30 am. Dam releases from Deep Creek Lake can change if it is unseasonably rainy or dry. For current updates, please call our office around 9 am. Spring trips may be scheduled at an earlier time, due to early dam releases. |
| Meeting Place |
| We have you meet us in the Friendsville, Maryland Town Park. Turn left onto 2nd Street (marked with a Rt. 53 sign). Go 2 1/2 blocks and turn left again. You will see an Army tank, a ball field, and a loop road around the ball field. Turn left onto this loop road and drive to the top of the circle near the river. This is the parking area for the takeout and we leave your cars there. Then we bus you to the put - in 10 miles away. |
